Year
2026
Where you are

Twenty seven years in the same corner of Brisbane. You built Ray White Wilston into the office that carries the suburb, sold the business on your own terms, and kept doing the part you are best at, and the name above the team is now the asset vendors buy.

The material that carries that name should look like the results it stands on. Most of it already exists, and that is the point of this scope: it is a refresh built on what you have, not a restart.

This is the work you ticked. The identity brought up to standard, the listing pieces that win the appointment, a booklet worth keeping on the kitchen bench, and a library of photography and film that makes the next decade of marketing easier than the last.

What we deliver

Six pieces of work.

01

Brand refresh

Monogram, palette, type, positioning and guidelines, built on the identity you already own. A refresh, not a restart.

02

The listing suite

Pre list kit, agent profile, submission kit, presentation box, open house booklet and cards. The pieces that win the appointment.

03

The quarterly booklet

Sixteen pages of market data, interviews and homes of the quarter. Issue one first, then decide the year.

04

Photography and film

A full day of stills, a hero film, ten cinematic clips, an interview and commentary pieces. Your own library, not stock.

05

Social templates

Six branded templates plus the just listed, just sold and auction set. Every post on brand before a word is typed.

06

The monthly content run

Strategy, a three hour shoot and six reels a month, captioned and planned. Your EA posts, we supply everything else.

Brand refresh

The identity, brought up to standard.

  • Monogram or crest
Drawn for print and foil, the mark that carries the letterhead, the box and the boards.
  • Colour palette and typography system
Locked and documented, so every piece reads as one hand.
  • Positioning line and bio set
One line that says what you are, and short bios written for print, web and listing portals.
  • Content and marketing guidelines
The rules of the brand in one document your team can follow without asking.
  • Editable templates
The recurring pieces set up so your team can run them in house.
  • Asset library
Logos and files, versioned and organised, one folder that is always right.
A refresh, not a restart

This builds on the identity work you already have. Anything that holds up stays, anything dated is redrawn, and nothing you have invested in is thrown away for the sake of it.

The listing suite

The pieces that win the appointment.

  • Pre list kit
In the vendor's hands the day before you arrive, so the meeting starts half won.
  • Agent profile, A4 double sided
The record and the story on one sheet that travels.
  • Property submission and listing kit
The document that follows the kitchen table conversation and closes it.
  • Listing kit presentation box
The kit arrives as an object, not an attachment.
  • Open house booklet, 4pp
In every buyer's hand on Saturday, carrying the brand home with them.
  • Thank you and congratulations cards
The small pieces that get kept, and remembered at the next appraisal.
Not included

Printing and box production are quoted at cost when you are ready to produce, so every figure in this document is the true cost of the work itself.

The quarterly booklet

Sixteen pages worth keeping.

  • Suburb market data and sold results
The numbers your patch actually asks you about, presented properly.
  • Architect and maker interviews
The people behind the houses, which is what makes it a read rather than a flyer.
  • Homes of the quarter
Editorial photography of the best of what sold and what is coming.
  • Written by us
Interviews, editorial and market copy, written and edited to the brand voice.
  • Digital edition
The same issue as a shareable link for email, web and the listing follow up.
One issue first

Issue one is priced on its own. The quarterly cadence is a decision you make after it lands, not before. Premium print and the letterbox plan are quoted at cost per issue.

Photography

A full day, a full library.

  • Full day shoot
Eighty to one hundred edited stills from one day, planned to cover a year of use.
  • Portraits
Studio and on location, the set every profile, portal and print piece draws from.
  • Family and at home
The at home set, shot on your terms, used where you choose.
  • Creative direction
Art direction, mood, treatment and shot list agreed before anyone picks up a camera.
Not included

Talent and location hire, quoted separately when you want them.

Film

The film library.

  • Hero brand film
The film that opens every pitch and carries the name. Thirty to forty five seconds, shot properly.
  • Ten cinematic clips
Individual scenes, cut short. They carry the social calendar for months.
  • Architect interview at your home
A longer piece that says more about how you see houses than any advertisement could.
  • Market commentary to camera
The recurring format that keeps you the voice of the patch between listings.
  • Creative direction
Treatment, look and shot plan signed off before the shoot day.
On the film investment

The film is quoted as a range because the final figure follows the creative direction. Once the treatment is agreed, the number is confirmed and approved before anything is booked. Property films for prestige campaigns are quoted per campaign as the listings come up.

Social

A monthly content run your EA can post.

  • Monthly content strategy
What gets said, to whom, and in what order.
  • Six reels a month
Shot in one three hour session, cut, captioned and delivered ready to go.
  • The posting plan
Every post scheduled on a calendar with its caption, so posting is a five minute job.
  • Your EA posts
The running stays in house. We supply everything else, nothing waits on us.
  • Templates, one off
Six branded templates plus the just listed, just sold and auction set, built once and run in house.
What feeds it

The full day shoot, the ten clips and the interview pieces give this a library from day one, which is what keeps the calendar as rich in the sixth month as it is in the first.

The investment

Itemised, line by line.

Monogram or crest, palette and typography system, positioning line and bio set, guidelines, editable templates and the organised asset library.

  • The listing suite

    $4,600

    $3,600
  • Photography
Shoot direction and a full day. Eighty to one hundred stills across portraits, location and at home.
    $4,200

Shoot direction and the library: hero film, ten clips, the architect interview and market commentary. Confirmed with the creative direction.
    $9,200 to $12,200
  • Social templates
Six branded templates plus the just listed, just sold and auction set.
